Job Requirements
Ideal candidates need to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where teamwork and commitment are what make things happen. Applicant must have a solid customer service background, good computer skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a requirement
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 1:00PM - 10:00PM. Also must be available to work every Saturday. Saturday work will be on a rotating basis, however, candidates must be available to work each Saturday for scheduling purposes.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment is required
- Automobile insurance experience is a plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be a team player.
