BILINGUAL CALL CENTER AGENT
(Positions are located in our corporate call center in Oradell, New Jersey)
Huntington Learning Center, the premier provider of supplemental education services in the country, invites personable, articulate professionals interested in helping kids do better in school to apply now. Consultants must be empathetic and understanding and have the ability to listen to problems and effectively solve issues. Consultants will discuss Huntington Learning services with callers and will be setting up student evaluation appointments for national learning centers.
DESCRIPTION:
- Take INBOUND calls from inquirers (NO COLD CALLS!)
- Set up testing appointments for centers
- Complete and document all conversations (initial and subsequent) on appropriate forms
- Paid training provided
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent telephone presentation and listening skills
- 2+ years demonstrated customer service and sales experience
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Experience in the education industry a plus
Full-time shifts will vary and will cover all call center hours. Generally 1 evening shift per week required (until 10:30 p.m. EST), and 1 Saturday shift per month required (9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST).
