Job Description
Provide interpretation for several medial programs and be able to express the concerns of the callers to the call center requesting the information. Items addressed may include: consent forms, discharge instructions, financial qualification forms and other important information pertinent to the callers history. Must possess the ability to read, write and converse fluently in Spanish.
Job Requirements
Oral and written proficiency in Spanish.
Excellent customer service skills. The ability to interact with people of different cultures
Medical terminology a plus, most of the clients are from State based healthcare entities.
Must be self Motivated
