Job Description
The Billing and Payroll Coordinator is a member of the Accounting office staff who monitors all patient accounts and employee earnings. The Billing and Payroll Coordinator performs various duties including: weekly billing and payroll transactions, computer updates, printing invoices, payroll reconciliation, handling day to day payroll questions, preparing graphs, shift counts, wage verifications, vacation approvals, typing Corporate Newsletter, holiday letters, workers’ compensation claims, closeouts, delivering payroll, distributing mail from branch offices and verifying criminal record check deductions.

I. Demonstrate effective problem solving behavior by managing difficult and emotional interpersonal situations. Be creative and innovative thinking when problem solving. Take the initiative to solve problems and resolve conflicts.
J. Be responsible for personal continuing education by identifying and communicating areas of needed improvement, attend required training sessions when applicable and attend at least one seminar per year relating to specific job activities.
K. Demonstrate adherence to organizational Policies and Procedures by following operational, human resource, billing, payroll and all other relevant policies and procedures.
L. Computer savvy with extensive knowledge of MS Word and Excel
