Established service company in Fairfield, is looking for a bookkeeper/office manager to help with their growing business.
We have just recently implimented a new Quickbooks accounting system and would really love someone who is a Quickbooks guru! The responsibilities of this position will include:
General bookkeeping like AP, AR, Bank Recs, Month End Close, working with our CPA Office managerial duties such as scheduling for the other office employees; procurement; submitting info for payroll
We are a busy office and really need someone organized, detail oriented, with strong leadership ability.
The right candidate will have a can-do attitute, be flexible, and have strong MS Office skills - MS Excel, Word, Outlook is a must!
