Rasa Floors and Carpet Cleaning is a successful, fast-paced, fun flooring company. Founded in 1994, Rasa Floors and Carpet Cleaning currently has 7 locations throughout Texas. We are a privately owned, family oriented company.
We are looking to establish a Branch Manager Trainee Program to train an employee
to be the next Branch Manager. This would require candidates to be flexible to travel especially during the training process lasting approximately one year depending on the candidates qualifications and prior experiences. After trained, you would relocate to which ever branch was in need of a Branch Manager. This could be within Texas or anywhere else we might expand to within the future.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BRANCH MANAGER include the following but are not limited to:
Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by Industrial Organization Manager.
Confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area.
Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division.
Reviews operations of competing organizations and plans and directs sales program to develop new markets.
Directs preparation of accounting records.
Recommends budgets to management.
POSITION WILL HAVE SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Requirements
- Candidates must be flexible to travel especially during the training process which would last approximately one year depending on the candidates qualifications and prior experiences.
- Once trained, you would have to be able to relocate to which ever branch was in need of a Branch Manager. This could be within Texas or anywhere else we might expand to within the future.
