Quik Cash -- A leader in the cash advance industry is looking to add a motivated, customer service focused Manager to our team! We are currently seeking an individual to join our TEAM as a Branch Manager in our Lewiston location.

We offer one of the industry's most competitive wage & benefit packages. Starting salary varies based on experience level. This position will be eligible for performance based incentive bonus program after 90 days.
This position will be responsible for:
- conducting customer transactions,
- supervising and training branch employees,
- managing and controling cash flow - conduct bank transactions as needed,
- maintaining branch safety and security standards,
- documenting and resolving customer service issues,
- completing and reporting weekly branch audits,
- monitoring and reporting branch financial performance,
- leading collection efforts on past due loans, and
- ensuring loans are in compliance with company and federal, state, and local laws.

- strong customer service skills,
- management experience,
- ability to train and develop employees,
- cash handling experience,
- experience in collections,
- retail or restaurant service experience with profit and loss responsibility,
- excellent time management skills,
- reliable transportation, and
- the ability to work with minimal supervision.
