Source One Personnel is searching for a Branch Manager to continue the growth of its Edison NJ office. This qualified individual should have 2-5 years of industry staffing experience in a management capacity, or similar years of experience as a Staffing Business Development Manager. The Edison office partners with administrative, financial, and light industrial candidates and clients on temporary and full-time opportunities.
Responsibilities include sales, recruiting, overseeing requisitions and job orders, and developing a weekly plan to prioritize client needs. The manager will have daily/weekly contact with prospects and clients, as well as being involved in marketing, client visits, recruiting and payroll.
