This VP of Commercial Lines Sales position is an opportunity for a successful Brokerage Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Producer who has management experience to step into a role of leadership for an established and still growing Insurance Brokerage here in Anchorage, Alaska.  This person is going to be groomed to be the next president of this dynamic brokerage.

We are looking for a Commercial Lines Insurance Brokerage Sales force Manager, a Lou Holtz type, someone who has a track record of successful CL Sales and a track record of bringing out the best in every individual.  We are looking for an individual who understands the difference between being a good manager and a good leader, and we are looking for both attributes in one individual.   The person we are looking for has done CL Sales, has managed a team of CL producers, and knows a thing or two about how to run an Insurance Brokerage.  

We are looking for a charismatic personality, an active member of his or her community who is an effective motivator and coach.  Hands-on knowledge of other lines such as Life, Health, and Long-Term Care etc would be a plus, but this core skill set is CL.

1. 5+ Years Successful Commercial Lines Sales Experience
