Classification: Full-time
Compensation: $55000 to $65000 per year
My client, an industry leading business solutions firm is seeking a Business Analyst to join their rapidly growing team. This individual will be a key point person for one of the firms major contracts and will have unlimited exposure to senior management. The career track for this will be very promising as new roles within the organization are constantly arising. We are working directly with the hiring manager so qualified candidates will get first consideration.
Responsibilities include:
• Run regularly scheduled reports from SAP, PeopleSoft, and other systems.
• Work with data in MS Access and Excel to produce KPI reporting (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).
• Deliver reports to various members of the client and Client management teams.
• Maintain reports to ensure queries are updated to reflect changes (new suppliers, buyers, etc).
• On-going improvement of reports to provide efficiencies in reporting process over time.
• Ad-hoc reporting as needed out of SAP and PeopleSoft and ability to deliver under time constraints
Requirements
SAP BW experience, preferably with the purchasing/procurement modules
Strong IT knowledge and a defined background in the field
Strong MS Excel and Access
Driven, confident demeanor
