Job Description
Currently we are searching for a Business Analyst with strong CMMI ability and familiarity. This opportunity is a contract opportunity.
The CMMI Business Analyst must be skilled in:
Broad understanding of the CMMI framework
Broad understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Possess a strong configuration management (CM) background
Experience with at least one CM tool
Knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with no supervision
Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
Able to create documentation such as process flows
Able to conduct process improvement related presentations and training
The candidate must be well versed in CMMI and familiar with maturity level 2 process areas (PAs), including the corresponding Specific Goals (SGs), Specific Practices (SPs), Generic Goals (GGs) and Generic Practices
