Seeking experienced Business Analysts to join its Business Analysis Services department. The projects include the development of new systems/applications, installation of purchased system/applications, modification enhancements to existing systems/applications, and development of methods and procedures. Must have the ability to quickly grasp business concepts and through interviewing, facilitating discussions, researching can identify high-level business requirements and needs. Translates high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Has experience doing business process analysis, use cases, activity diagrams, conceptual data modeling, and user interface prototyping. Also interacts with testing resources to resolve defects, manage change requests and drives User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Candidates with more senior-level skills will function as Business Analyst Leads, overseeing the efforts of more junior staff.

Job Requirements

· Four year degree (business, accounting, or computer science)or equivalent work experience.

· Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience of successfully fulfilling the business analyst role on software projects.

· Knowledge of banking operations or financial industry experience is a plus.

· Knowledge of .NET, Web and Relational Database technologies is a plus.

· Ability to establish priorities and organize assignments, and to work effectively within timelines and under general supervision.

· Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with users, technical staff and management.

· Detail oriented with the strong analysis skills and the capability to see the big picture.
