Sovereign Bank is seeking sales-driven, customer service-oriented individuals to provide superior sales and service to our small business client base.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Providing superior sales and service to our small business client base.
- The BBR is charged with retaining and expanding an assigned portfolio, growing and maintaining revenue, providing personalized service, and effectively cross selling.
- Identifies and provides the appropriate financial solutions which lend to maximum retention rates, growth and profitability.
- Thoroughly assesses need; draws effectively from the full spectrum of Sovereign's business products and services to produce total integrated financial solutions.
- Provides guidance to clients so that they may make informed decisions about their financial needs.
- Committed to providing extraordinary, memorable and personalized customer service exceeding customer expectations.
- Possesses a thorough knowledge of business banking products and services.
- Understands various securities, investments, annuities and retirement plans.
- Makes appropriate referrals.
- Uses sound judgement and acts within authority.
- Understands all appropriate policies, procedures, and processes and keeps abreast of financial industry news and advances.
