BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CONTRACTS COORDINATOR

LAW DAWGS is currently assisting a well-established and dynamic national company located in downtown Seattle with its search for a Business Development and Contracts Coordinator. 

 

ABOUT THE  BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CONTRACTS COORDINATOR POSITION

 

This full-time position will support the business development team and the Executive V.P. with contract negotiations, drafting proposals, and client management for this premier national company that is a leader in its field working with prominent law firms, Fortune 1000 and Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S.  

 

You will be handling contracts, evaluating client needs and matching their needs with service solutions.  You will facilitate and expedite client requests to ensure they are complete.  If you are resourceful, self-motivated, detail oriented and hard working, this position is for you.  Highly competitive compensation with growth potential. 

 


Job Requirements

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS


To be immediately considered for this Business Development and Contract Coordinator opportunity, you should have the following:


  • A minimum of 5 years of legal or business experience including proposal development;
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • Experience developing project proposals, bids and budgets;
  • Strong and effective communication skills and excellent writing and technology skills;
  • Ability to maintain and strengthen current key client relationships;
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office application and experience with Lotus Notes would be beneficial; and
  • Positive outlook, and a positive attitude.


Preferred experience:

  • J.D. or MBA;
  • 5 to 15 years of legal or business experience;
  • Experience with class action, complex litigation, securities litigation and/or bankruptcy; and
  • Experience with budgets and financial statements is desirable.
