Job Description
Our client is a European distributor of ingredients used in the food, nutrition, functional food and supplement industries. This is a developmental sales position as such there are not accounts to be assumed. The new sales person must develop accounts. The travel is expected to be in the forty to fifty percent range initially. The sales person should be able to travel to the company's office in central NJ once a month at a minimum.
The company provides a salary and an open ended commission plan. As the US office develops, management opportunities will be available. This position is the first of several planned for 2010. There company benefits.
Job Requirements
The client requires 3 years minimum of direct sales experience to functional food and supplement manufacturers. A science degree is not mandatory but preferred. The client base will require travel throughout the East Coast and West Coast.
