This is an outstanding opportunity to join a team responsible for the strategic direction of a major corporation.
We are seeking seasoned, experienced Business Process professionals to join an internal consulting organization who interacts with process subject experts throughout the organization to build, assemble, deliver an business process diagrams and maps. These diagrams will be included in an Enterprise Blueprint consisting of enterprise business processes, performance/operational metrics, enabling technology solutions. These artifacts will be used for analysis of strategic and operational value assessments.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Process modeler will be responsible for building, delivering business process diagrams and maps
Participate as a process modeling expert in work sessions to capture business process artifacts
Decompose cross functional business processes into multiple lower level sub-processes.
Map business processes to technology solutions
Recommend tools for storage and management of business process artifacts
QUALIFICATIONS
Industry Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience with business process modeling in at least a $6b enterprise within Manufacturing or Service Industry.
Deep process expertise in one or more cross functional processes of Customer Experience, Plan-to-Operate, Concept-to-Develop, Acquisition-to-Obsolescence, Insight-to-Strategy
Technical Skills:
Demonstrated modeling expertise in multiple cross functional business process definition/modeling projects
Demonstrated experience de-composing enterprise cross functional business processes to sub-processes to activities with associated metrics and measures
Experts proficiency in industry standard process modeling formats and tools
Solid understanding and application of BMPN
Technology architecture experience a plus
Interpersonal Skills:
Minimum of 5 years facilitating business process definitions with cross enterprise departments including Finance, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Planning
Experience leading subject matter experts in business process modeling efforts
Ability to self-start, work with minimal supervision
