Business Quality Assurance Director,

The information below is not all-inclusive to the specific duties of the Branch Quality Assurance Director.



•           Open branch and begin dispatching procedures in accordance with the standards   established by the Area Manager or Area Vice President.

•           Respond immediately to any problems in the field that may arise (workers walking of the job, customer not happy with workers or any unforeseen circumstance).

•           Act as Assistant Manager for the branch and able to assume the duties of the Branch Manager if needed.

•           Attend all meetings with Area Vice President

•           Proficient in new account penetration and activation.

•           Have a complete understanding of the branches financials, (P&L and Portal Finances).

•           Totally responsible for the branches Accounts Receivables, DOS, customer Accounts

•           Set all collections goals.

•           Ensure that all accounts payable information is sent to the corporate office weekly.

•           Understand and is proficient in basic supervisory skills, conduct counseling and performance reviews of subordinates.

•           Manage all employee hours, shifts and expenses.

•           Ensure that all payroll information is sent to corporate office bi-weekly.

•           Handle all Field Team Member complaints.

•           Track and follow-up, if necessary with the MRO and health Care Clinic for all work related injuries.

•           Manage the light duty program for the branch.

•           Ensure that the office is up to date with proper labor law signage.

•           Ensure that applications are being completed correctly, pay rates are staying within reason, margins are staying at the company standers and sales are meeting or exceeding the budgeted standers.

•           Learn and develop basic sales skills.

•           Conduct sales “Cold Calls" and assist BDS when necessary.

•           Responsible for requesting credit memos.

•           Responsible for inventory of office supplies, PPE and placing orders in the Command Center Purchasing Order system.

•           Be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook, Labor Commander, The Business Portal and Internet Search.

•           Review all nightly reports; this includes reports such as voided check summary, temp check register, daily summary invoicing preview, and potential overtime report on a daily basis.







Job Requirements


 

  • Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and holidays to provide quality customer service as needed.  Must be flexible to work any hours within a 24 hour period
  • Valid driver license free from repetitive or serious violations
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to client’s jobsites
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and tasks
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and strong computer sk
  • ills
  • A sense of urgency attached to work tasks as needed
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively use verbal and written communication
  • Sound business judgment
  • 5 years of business management or outside sales experience is required
  • Knowledge of the Staffing Industry preferred.
