Job Requirements

  • Provides thought-leadership to fellow team members and across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements. This includes scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment
  • Have an advanced knowledge of the Pega PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
  • Ensures delivered solutions are realized in time frame committed. Works in conjunction with BIAC Lead and COE Solution Architect to size, manage scope and risk
  • Acts as the mentor to all team members on their assigned project tasks
  • Provides technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to management
  • Participates in the development of additional opportunities within the BIAC base
  • Customer Success (realization of BIAC’s stated goals and objectives)
  • Possesses the appropriate level of technical/functional expertise and knowledge
  • Understands and applies procedures, regulations, and policies related to areas of specialized expertise
  • Utilizes technology-based tools and processes
  • Responsible for mentoring and monitoring the quality of team member’s deliverables including clients, partners and vendor management

  • Technical Expertise - The individual must have a working knowledge of what is possible technically in order to provide direction to the staff. Detailed knowledge of principles and experience with the mandated requirements are highly desirable
