JOB OVERVIEW

    Communicate effectively with customers on the phone to identify problems and develop solutions on advanced Cablevision A/V technologies in order to meet our high standards of Optimum Service.

 
 

 


Job Requirements

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Computer-related coursework or computer certification. (STUDENTS! Are you paying attention? All that computer-science stuff you’ve been studying will give you a real advantage here.) 
  • Successful professional work experience using computer technology to isolate, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. (That’s the name of the game in the Call Center.)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
