Job Description
Call Center Manager (CCM) needed for electrical contractor that specializes in providing electrical services nationwide. The primary focus is on the residential market.
The CCM will manage the dispatchers who handle all incoming calls and the associated dispatching of service calls to the electricians. You will also manage the entering of incoming calls, scheduled appointments and completed orders into the computer system. The CCM must have both people and computer skills. The ability to cultivate a positive experience for the customer and the entering and maintenance of all data into the computer system are both equally important requirements for this position. The CCM must have reporting and analytical skills to evaluate data and the leadership skills to develop processes and systems to improve results. The call center is open from 8am to 11pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 5pm on Saturday.
There will be particular consideration for applicants that have experience in the electrical service industry. The ability to speak both Spanish and English would be considered a plus. The pay is will be based on experience. There will also be bonus opportunities based on achieving goals.
