Inbound Call Center / Customer Service Representatives
Provide information to callers regarding plan eligibility and benefits
Full training is provided
Duties:
ˇ Respond to member inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
ˇ Project a professional company image through phone interaction
ˇ Utilize call center technology to input, track and report customer issues
ˇ Identify, research, and resolve customer issues as needed
ˇ Follow-up on inquiries that are not immediately resolved
Pay and Position Status:
ˇ Temp to Hire Position - 12.00 per hour / 13.00 per hour if bilingual

Job Requirements
Requirements:
ˇ Must be available to work ANY shift from 8:00AM through 10:30PM
ˇ Required to work two weekends per month, schedules posted monthly
ˇ High School diploma or equivalent
ˇ 25-30 WPM typing ability
ˇ previous customer service experience required...call center preferred, training provided
ˇ A sincere desire to assist customers with their concerns
ˇ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ˇ Ability to multi-task, use multiple sources of information, and prioritize
ˇ Ability to navigate multiple screens/programs on a computer
ˇ Legally able to work in the United States
ˇ Minimum of 18 years of age
