Job Requirements

Lead Level Designer

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of level design experience
• Worked on at least one console title as a senior or lead level designer from concept through project completion
• Demonstrable experience designing engaging single player and multiplayer FPS levels
• Uncanny awareness of what it takes to create memorable engagements and events that keep people talking for years after the game’s release
• Proven ability to create fresh, new levels
• Solid understanding of mission structure, encounter design, and overall game pacing
• Must be able to collaborate with team members and have an uncanny knack for seeing the issues underlying any criticism or complaint
• Need to be able to manage and challenge a team of designers to create only the highest of quality content
• Must be able to act as the bridge between design and other departments throughout the development of a product
• Ability to lead the design of development tools to enable the design team to build the best possible experience for players within the scope of a product cycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change
• Completely self-motivated and self-managed
• A passion for games and gaming

Production Manager
Must have experience with console games (XBox 360, PS3, etc.)

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of game industry experience
• Shipped multiple titles as the clear leadership of the project
• Managed a team of larger than ten people
• Managed two or more projects simultaneously
• Worked on multiple titles from cradle to grave
• Have managed communications with several internal departments and external stakeholders
• Engaged in active Risk Management, Scope Management, Budget Management and Team Management
• Works well within a highly collaborative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
