Cardiac / Telemetry Staff Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:

The Cardiac/Telemetry Clinical Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process and knowledge of physical, psychological, social, cultural, spiritual and developmental needs of clients in provision of direct patient care and for functioning as a contributing member of the health care team. May function as a charge nurse.

Job Requirements

Education/ Work Experience Requirements:

 
* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

* Six (6) months of Cardiac/Tele experience is preferred.

* Two or more (2+) years of nursing experience is preferred.

* Ability to function in emergency situations

Licensure/Certification:

  * Current RN License in the State of Texas or Nurse Compact State is required.

  * CPR certification is required
