CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS - PER DIEM
Intrepid USA Home Health Services is seeking per diem Certified Nursing Assistants for visits to our homebound patients.The CNA provides personal care and related paraprofessional services in accordance with an established plan of care to facilitate the personal needs and comfort of clients in their homes. The CNA will also perform care consistent with all relevant standards and state and federal requirements.
We are Intrepid USA Home Health Services with 90 agencies throughout 22 states nationwide. We offer competitive per visit rates and mileage.
Job Requirements
High School graduate or GED.
Certification is required.
Successful completion of an approved home health aide training program as required by state and/or federal regulation. Training will be of sufficient length to address the content required. May function as a home health aide if a graduate of a practical or professional school of nursing, or has successfully completed a course in a practical or professional school of nursing.
Experience: Six months experience as an aide in healthcare (home care or facilities) preferred.
Current CPR certification preferred and as required by state regulations. Communication skills including the ability to read, write, speak and understand English or language of client and/or sign language as needed for the job and make brief and accurate oral ad written reports.
