Job Requirements

Do you have the ability to work collaboratively, possess a hands-on management style and have a penchant for being proactive? Are you receptive to new ideas, have strong creative business skills and proven decision-making competence?

Must have at least 10 years experience.

Must have earnings of at least $150K per year.

Must live within commuting distance of Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Boca Raton Florida.

FES is a fee based executive career search marketing firm. FES offers clients a wide range of consultative services & products subject to their individual needs and wants. The services are determined after the client has been assessed. This is accomplished by meeting with a search consultant at which time an evaluation is made. The commitment is to work with the client until they have accepted a position of their choice. Fees range from 3% - 6% of base salary. The fees are not recurring.
