Classification: Full-time
Compensation: $120000 to $125000 per year
$10m Telecommunications Company is seeking a very hands-on CFO who can come on board and implement change. This company, which is growing both domestically and through international acquisitions, has a solid foundation and business model but needs a business savvy CFO to help the management team take it to the next level. Responsibilities will include supervising the daily, corporate accounting, overseeing all financial reporting, managing the tax preparation process, identify weak areas or areas for improvement and implement change to maximize efficiencies, and identify potential target acquisitions and perform related due diligence. A CPA is a must as well as a hands-on approach and someone who is looking for an excellent challenge and opportunity to make a difference. Expertise within small, laid-back, entrepreneurial environments preferred. Definitely NOT a 9-5 job or a "corporate" environment!
