Chief Financial Officer â€" Community Bank CFO
A progressive, growth-oriented community bank located in Northern Ohio is offering an attractive career opportunity for a dynamic, experienced Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities
· Manage and supervise finance operations to achieve goals of the bank
· Participate in strategic planning for long term goals
· Prepare, present, and interpret financial reports to senior management
· Provide leadership, training, motivation, and supervision within department
· Develop, plan and recommend practices and procedures for proper financial control of the bank
· Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare regulatory agency and government reports
· Direct auditing, record keeping and accounting activities of the financial institution
· Assure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations

Job Requirements
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial position with extensive administrative experience in a community bank
· Extensive background in community bank accounting and auditing, operations, policies and procedures.
· Experience in M&A in a community bank environment is a plus
· Must have extensive knowledge of Interest Rate Risk and Asset Liability Management
· Advanced knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and Bank accounting policies and procedures and ALLL
· Must have Community Bank Experience
· CPA required
· MBA a big plus
