Job Description

We currently are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join our Carrollton, TX office.
This position is responsible for:
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field. CPA or CPA candidate is strongly preferred.
- A demonstrated track record of successfully managing accounting staff.
- Strong skills and understanding of Timberline software. This is a major requirement of this position.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and management for a $25-50 million organization, preferably in a landscape, construction, service industry, or real estate related firm.
- Ability to no only produce but analyze financial statements and balance sheets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Communication skills in both verbal and written form are major requirement of position.
- Previous experience in managing all aspects of accounting/finance.
- Previous experience in managing all aspects of insurance requirements for multi-faceted firm.
- Conducts one’s self with the highest ethics and values in both personal and professional life.
