Job Description

Answer incoming calls from providers relating to claims payment and requests for claim adjustments.
Job Requirements

Minimum one year experience in a managed care setting.
Medical terminology preferred.
CPT and ICD-9 coding preferred.
Good analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge Microsoft Office or other comparable software.
