Job Description
Cleaning Foreman is needed for a long term temporary position with the potential to become a permanent job.
Daily responsibilities will require supervising a staff of cleaning personnel. You will assign specific responsibilities and tasks to individuals and insure that they complete their tasks in a timely fashion.
You may also be required to pitch-in on small jobs.
Job Requirements
The qualified candidate must have commercial cleaning and supervisory experience. They must know how to wax and buff floors, shampoo carpet and wash windows with an extension pole. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish and a valid driver's license is required.
