Job Description

Kelly Service's client, a major automotive manufacturer is in need of a COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATOR in the Shreveport, LA area for an 11 WEEK PROJECT. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience supporting Managers and Directors and Strong MS Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

o Job Responsibilities: o Works with a high level of confidentiality o Develops and presents data to other members of the organization o Solves problems and develops new methods of analysis o Develops and maintains a system for managing office routine o Plans, conducts and evaluates projects o Prepares reports and conducts presentations o Maintains high level of technical expertise and procedural knowledge o Keeps supervision advised of work in process o Assumes operational assignments as a working member o Frequent contact with others outside the work group o Assumes managerial responsibilities o Coordinates and monitors special or unusual projects o Attends meetings/disseminates information and makes suggestions for development
Required: o College degree or equivalent experience o Intermediate skills with: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access o Calendar keeping experience o Experience with mainframe systems o Experience scheduling meetings and event o High level of analytical ability o Interpersonal Skills o Excellent oral and written communication skills o Excellent planning and organizing skills
