Keystone International, Inc. was founded in 2006 in Cleveland, OH. Since 2006 Keystone International has expanded into six markets in the United States, with two more markets scheduled to open in January 2010. Due to our continued expansion we are looking to fill positions in Client Management.
Keystone works with the largest telecom company in the United States. Our Client Managers represent our client's existing business accounts.
Client Manager Responsibilities:
1. Contract negations and renewals
2. Product evaluations
3. Public relations and consulting on behalf of our client
Once the individual demonstrates a working knowledge of the campaign we promote the individual into a training role.
Trainer Responsibilities:
1. Training and development of Client Managers
2. Interviewing and hiring
3. Managing and supervising teams
From a training role with the company we develop the individual into a Management and Executive role in the company.
Management & Executive Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales and marketing campaigns and strategies
2. Strategic planning with client's corporate offices
3. Manage entire teams
