Job Description

Are you a staffing industry professional with experience in managing large strategic customer programs? If so, then Kelly Services, Inc. would like to speak with you about an outstanding client relationship opportunity within their newly organized Global Client Relationship Team (GCRT).

The Client Relationship Lead is a highly visible Kelly representative who serves as the single-point of contact for a very key account. This position is responsible for managing this relationship for maximizing Kelly profitability and customer satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include coordinating and integrating business across multiple Kelly service lines and business units to maximize profitability and improve customer satisfaction.

This position is field-based and is responsible for building relationships with key decision makers/stakeholders, and delivering consultative solutions for tactical/operational service delivery for Kelly Services' global Managed Service Provider (MSP) at Intel. This person will be the day-to-day customer contact for Intel and will be responsible for strategic planning and ongoing evolution of the program.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Owns and is directly accountable to Intel for all deliverables of the (MSP).
  • Builds relationships with key decision makers within Intel.
  • Serves as single point of contact and escalation point relative to the account. Inspires a sense of urgency in responding to opportunities and issues.
  • Works closely with the partnered staffing team to ensure consistency.
  • Manages a cross-functional team within Kelly directly in support of Intel's MSP. Engages all Kelly resources (subject matter experts) and divisions in support of customer objectives. Engages all non-Kelly resources in the labor supply chain in order to optimize Intel's workforce.
  • In cooperation with Intel, leads the change management efforts related to the MSP, both within Kelly and Intel.
  • Manages service delivery of the global labor supply chain.
  • Achieves all annually established cost-savings and value engineering targets of the MSP.
  • Provides customer with regular up-dates on the global MSP, including latest industry trends, best practices within and outside of Intel, and potential program enhancements.
  • Drives product innovation and program evolution in keeping with Intel's strategic needs.
  • Expands program globally in cooperation with Intel.
  • Manages technology relationships in support of the account, enhancements, and the Kelly customer service center.
  • Monitors account expenses to budget.
  • Travel up to 40%.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing) or equivalent work experience.
  • Five years staffing industry experience with an emphasis on account management.
  • Strong problem solving, leadership and decision making skills and demonstrated ability to influence.
  • Due to the cross-divisional nature of this position, candidates must be able to comprehend and function within multiple disciplines with equal effectiveness and to be accountable to multiple managers simultaneously.
  • Ability to function within a matrix organization is key.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively including the ability to organize and present data, develop business, manage others and accomplish many tasks simultaneously with an attention to detail.
  • In addition, the candidate must demonstrate a strong customer focus, flexibility, team orientation and technical proficiency (i.e., computer skills).
