Bayada Nurses, Home Health Specialists, is seeking a motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and organizational abilities to fill the position of Client Services Associate in our office in Hackensack, NJ.
The Client Services Associate is an entry-level role in our service office where you will be involved in supporting all aspects of office operations. This role focuses on assisting with coordinating services for our clients, marketing services in the community, scheduling of field staff, and recruiting additional field staff.
Superb customer service abilities are necessary to address the concerns of clients and build lasting relationships. Various administrative tasks are required including answering phones, filing, and supporting other business tasks as requested.

Requirements for this position are as follows:
Bachelor�s Degree
1-2 years experience, preferably in healthcare or home care
