In order to accomplish that assignment, we must hire great people! And we have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious CLINICAL COORDINATOR to grow our new state-of-the-art dental center.
Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Clinical Coordinator who will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the dental assistants, flow of patients and ordering of clinical supplies. This state-of-the-art dental office provides quality dental care to children and young adults. We offer great benefits and bonus opportunity!
Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment
Supervise up to 12 dental assistants
Collect and record patient health histories
Provide patient management during dental procedures
Conduct instrument transfer
Prepare dental materials: amalgam, composite, impressions material, etc.
Deliver patient personal oral care instructions
X-ray certification strongly preferred
Job Requirements
* Previous dental assistants experience with increasing responsibility REQUIRED
Compliance with state dental practice requirements (i.e., X-ray requirements, OSHA training)
Dental Assisting experience strongly preferred
Ability to effectively manage more than one activity at a time
X-ray certification a strong plus
Strong communication skills
