Job Description
In this exciting role you will collaborates with the patient care team to identify educational goals and coordinate education and training process for team members. Also you will keep current on The Joint Commission standards, provide educational activities to keep the patient care team knowledgeable of changes, and collaborate with the management team to ensure skill application and validation of nursing team members. FOCUS AREA - CRITICAL CARE
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing.
- Illinois state RN licensure, APN / CNS.
- 3–5 years clinical experience, 2-3 years critial care experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience with nursing education or project management back ground preferred.
- Administrative, supervisory, excellent communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
