Job Description - RN Clinical Manager:

Job Responsibilities - RN Clinical Manager:
- Manage team of multidisciplinary clinicians.
- Coordinate patient care consisting of nursing and therapy services with regard to objectives and costs.
- Assist with OASIS review, proper coding and documentation procurement.
- Ensure that adequate nursing staff are available, based on new admissions and census requirements .
- Participate in agency Performance Improvement Program and have knowledge of Joint Commission Standards.
- Skilled in data collection and reporting, Quality Assurrance and Outcomes Management.

Job Requirements - RN Clinical Manager:
- A candidate must be skilled in directing, motivating and training staff.
- Able to organize and prioritize.
- Shall have the skill to communicate effectively with patients and their families and at all levels of the organization.
- Will react decisively and quickly in emergency situations and maintain confidentiality where required.
- Joint Commission accreditation experience required.
- The Clinical Manager should be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a valid state RN license and CPR certification.
- Two years of experience as an RN Manager are required.
