As a Clinical Supervisor, you will:

·        Report to the Director of Clinical Services or Executive Director

·        Serve as the supervisor for the interdisciplinary clinical team

·        Ensures that the Plan Care is properly administered by reviewing charting and documentation to verify accuracy, timeliness and completeness

·        Ensure staff compliance with both state & federal guidelines

·        Participates in recruitment, orientation, selection, & orientation of staff. Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.  Participates and oversees training and development for clinical team.

·        Communicates all clinical updates and issues to Director of Clinical Services/Executive Director

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

·        Unrestricted Current RN license & CPR certification in state of agency operation

·        One year RN Homecare experience required

·        One year RN Management experience required

·        Oasis Knowledge to include hands-on experience with review

·        Review of computerized charting preferred

·        Must have valid state drivers license, reliable transportation and auto insurance

·        Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with all people groups

·        Upbeat, positive attitude and the ability to work in fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment

·        An absolute love of patient care and the desire to be the best!
