COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST

Job Differentiators: After graduating from training you will assume immediate responsibility for Third Party Debt Collections.  This position has a first year earnings potential of $40-50K.

Job Requirements

MUST HAVES: 
  

• Must be able to work two nights / week 12:30-9pm and two Saturdays / month 8am-12pm. Candidates must have a flexible schedule to be considered for this position. 

• Must complete pre-employment testing prior to start date: Personality assessment, Criminal Background Check, and Drug test.

• Must elicit strong personality traits such as: dependability, assertiveness, money motivated, goal-oriented, and initiative. This is an aggressive environment for those who are self-motivated and eager to make money.

 NICE TO HAVE:
 

• One year Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service experience

• One year commission Sales experience
