Commercial Property Manager/Agent Administrative Assistant

The Rants Group is a commercial real estate, property management and development company.  We have been in business since 1973 and focus mainly on the Thurston County market.  The Rants Group manages a wide range of property - anything from single-family homes to apartment complexes to four story office buildings.  We currently have fourteen employees.  We recently won an award for “innovative benefit and compensation programs" for the Association of Washington Business.  The Rants Group’s mission is to provide the highest level of professional commercial, investment real estate services primarily in the South Puget Sound Region.

BRIEF JOB OVERVIEW:

·         Assist Commercial Agents

·         Advertising-developing marketing materials (newspaper ads, flyers, radio, etc.)

·         Maintain Website & Listing Services

·         Backup Receptionist

Job Requirements

-  Multi-dimensional person able to switch between support & marketing.

-   Must be self-motivated with ability to multi-task and manage time well

-   Advanced Microsoft office skills (Publisher, Word and Excel & Outlook)

-   Experience with website maintenance

-   Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop

-   Be able to communicate well with visitors, staff, vendors, property owners, and tenants.

-   Be organized and detail oriented

-   Present a personable and professional manner

-  Capable of learning unfamiliar software programs

-  Have good math and proofreading skills.
