COMMUNITY RELATIONS LIAISON NURSE Full Time The community relations liaison nurse will assist Director of Patient Care Services with all aspects of educating physicians and the community about FocusCare services and facilitating communication regarding patient care needs. Performs as home care coordinator and educator of services for FocusCare to the professional health care community. Must be Florida licensed nurse with minimum 2 years experience in clinical healthcare capacity. Voted 2009 South Florida Business Journal Excellence in Healthcare Award!
