Purpose:
Synergy Systems is an 8 (a) competitive, quality performance-based General Contracting firm based in the Seattle, WA area. We are seeking a well qualified estimator to provide accurate and competitive estimates in support of business development located in our remote office in Temple, TX.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities & Requirements
� Ability to work autonomously and self-motivated
� Experience in on-screen take off and estimating software
� Define scope of work in the proposal
� Gather details and maintain current market data to accurately estimate construction,
material and soft costs associated with project construction
� Familiarity with and the ability to stay current regarding changing regulatory
requirements
� Develop documentation of cost and schedule in support of the bid process
� Understand fully the design build process and experience working with design teams
during the bid process
� Ability to recognize and recommend alternative designs/scopes
� Estimate quantities and obtain quotes from subcontractors
� Healthcare and/or Military conceptual experience
� Will be asked to provide a project portfolio. Please attach with application.
