Act as requirements project lead for client toll projects

Assist client in identifying and clarifying their system goals and requirements

Investigate and recommend technical solutions that will meet the business requirements

Gather, analyze, translate, and document business and user requirements

Provide consultancy and advice on functionality, applicability, and usability of technology solutions to meet project requirements
-
Assist in the preparation of the testing strategy and testing execution
-
Participate in the development of all project documentation
-
Facilitate communications between technology teams and the business
-
Establish and maintain effective written and verbal communications with client staff and the Vendor to ensure project success including the conduct of weekly coordination meetings and production of monthly progress reports.
Requires significant time at the client's downtown Seattle project office and adoption of client work hours schedule; must be able to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skills.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical or business analyst on technology projects, minimum 2 years working on a large-scale implementation
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are critical
- Strong detail orientation and problem solving skills
- Must have the ability to contribute in a team environment and work across multiple departments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
- Demonstrated experience of executing medium to large IT projects
- Extensive experience in gathering requirements
- Advanced experience of Visio and Project
- Understanding of systems development life cycle including issue, risk and scope management
- Understanding of test strategies, test plans, and test execution
- Technical skills include process modeling, data modeling, database modeling and design, system flow diagrams, and screen flow diagrams
- Proven ability to work under pressure
