Classification: Full-time

Compensation: $40000 to $46000 per year

I have an opening for a full time Bankruptcy paralegal. Duties include but not limited to processing and case management of Chapter 7 & 13 cases, preparation and filing of documents, preparation for upcoming court dockets, etc. Heavy client interaction is involved so the ideal candidate should be personable and service-oriented. Last minute filings and deadlines are a nature of the business and some overtime may be required. Candidate must be able to work under pressure, have strong organizational skills, and have a take charge personality. Debtors side bankruptcy experience is strongly preferred.
