Job Description
Long established growing Long Island Mortgage Banker seeks a Corporate Controller.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for internal use and for reporting to financial institutions, regulatory agencies and investors.
- Preparation or review of Corporate Tax Returns.
- Preparation of special reports for our investors and regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements

The applicant should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and preferably be a CPA, and have experience in Mortgage Banking.

At least six years of accounting experience, three of which are in public accounting.
Good oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting.
Compensation:
- Salary is commensurate with experience.
