CORPORATE TAX ATTORNEY (CAPITAL MARKETS)
Large Cleveland law firm seeks a highly motivated corporate / capital markets associate. The ideal candidate will also have both public and private securities experience as well as regulatory compliance, and corporate governance experience.
Job Requirements
A serious work ethic and a desire to take on substantial responsibility is required. Superior academic credentials and four years or more of relevant experience in a large or medium sized law firm are also required. Salary commensurate with experience and expertise.
