• Manages internal communications
• Counsels management on issues impacting employees and helps develop communications related to those issues
• Develops internal communications strategy
• Serves as the editor for internal communications vehicles
• Manages the internal communications team (two direct reports)
• Reports to the National Communications Director

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing or public relations
• 7 years of experience in a corporate environment
• 5 years experience managing comprehensive public relations programs
• 3 years experience interacting with executive management
• 2 years strategic planning skills
