Corporate Program Coordinator
Resources for Human Development (RHD) (www.rhd.org ) is a large and diverse nonprofit social service agency headquartered in Philadelphia, with 160 programs in 13 states, 4000 employees, and $183 million in revenues. RHD provides residential services for the mentally ill, the developmentally disabled, DD/MI, co-occurring disorders, the criminally adjudicated, those who are drug and/or alcohol addicted, those who are homeless and other challenged populations. The Corporate Program Coordinator is a member of a professional team that will provide programmatic and clinical oversight and participate in the on-going corporate assessment of the quality and effectiveness of those assigned programs.
Job Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic individual with experience in one or more settings such as Mental Health or Co-Occurring Programs. The ideal candidate will possess superior organizational, clinical, interpersonal and management skills along with excellent administrative and computer skills. The job also requires multi-level teamwork, self-initiative and follow-through and a willingness to travel. Experience as a manager or project director and knowledge of and willingness to implement Recovery Principles is a plus. Knowledge of Quality Improvement is desirable. A minimum of three years working experience in the field is necessary. Experience with new program start-ups is a plus. A Master’s degree in a human service field is preferred, especially an MSW.
Some overnight travel is a non-negotiable job requirement required for support of regional programs. Salary range is low to mid 50’s, along with a comprehensive benefits package and generous time off allowance.
