Kelly Services is looking for an experienced corporate security officer / fraud manager to work out of Albany, NY or Pittsfield or Westfield, MA. This position is part of the compliance / risk management department for an established financial institution. The job responsibilities are: * Serving as a liaison between the company and law enforcement officials while investigating, documenting and prosecuting all cases of fraud, such as larcenies, burglaries, robberies, and internal and external embezzlements. * Coordinating activities pertinent to security matters with internal departments * Maintaining awareness of and ensure compliance with federal and state laws and FDIC regulations relating to security as well as the Uniform Commercial Code. * Representing and testifying on the Bankâs behalf in connection with fraud related cases * Developing on-going branch security procedures. * Serving as liaison with security alarm monitoring systems and equipment vendors, evaluating and recommending changes when, and if, necessary. Ensure all surveillance equipment is working properly * Attending security schools, classes, or seminars to remain current We are looking for someone who has: * Bachelors degree * 3-5 years experience in security work/ risk management with financial institutions * Fraud experience is desired * Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations * Knowledge of Uniform Commercial Code ( UCC) * Working knowledge of MS Office products * Strong verbal and written communication skills For immediate consideration, please submit your resume by clicking the link provided.
