Job Description:
Operations Portfolio Review (Judgmental)
1. Performs judgmental reviews on portfolio accounts to determine credit worthiness
2. Determines if Adverse Action (credit line reduction, suspension, revoke) should be taken on account
3. Effectively communicates Adverse Action decision to cardmember
4. Re-Evaluates Adverse Action decisions made by system or analyst
5. Makes decisions to reinstate previously closed or revoked accounts and communicates decision to cardmember
6. Processes applications for Account Assumption and communicates decision to applicant
7. Handles inbound calls from cardmembers
8. Ability to communicate difficult message while maintaining cardmember engagement
